I think one of the hardest things to do in life is to watch someone you love go through something very difficult and not know what to do to help them (if there is anything that you can do.) It’s hard when to know when to give advice, when to just listen, when to do whatever. Sometimes I’d rather go through it myself.

It really hurts when someone you love is so beautiful, funny, smart and talented and they can’t see it. But, then I guess the same thing has happened to me. I’ve had times where I felt worthless and useless. Thank God for the times when people were there to pull me through, and thank God for the times when only He was there to pull me through.

And thank God for the times that I’ve been able to help someone else.
