“Hope I die before I get old.”

John Entwistle died yesterday, of a heart attack in his hotel room. I was really upset because I didn’t think he was particularly wild anymore, and whenever you hear of a rock star dying in a hotel room you think of the worst, but he just died of a heart attack. Loved his playing….he was an anchor for an otherwise very volatile band. Great, great bass player. Have to pull out my Who albums now.
