I’m Back, Baby!!!

I’ve decided to resurrect this sucker, although I’m sure no one out there reads it any more. But, I suppose I can do something about that. :wink:

You may wonder where I have been? I’ve been in the virtual world of Second Life and that has consumed a pretty big part of my life over the last year and a half. Being an addict, I have had issues with balance…I know. Shocking!! 8O But, I have come back to my senses, more or less, and I am working on that whole balance thing. SL has been wonderful in many ways. It is a most excellent mirror and has shown me parts of myself both good and bad. It has contributed to me remembering what a social life is. And it has given me permission to do some things that I have not done in real life for one reason or another.

I’ve been DJing in SL, which has been a revelation for me and my spirit. The best part is that I’m not playing crap music, but music I like. Rock, blues and jazz is what I’ve been able to spin, and have found like minded souls and they have become great friends!

So here I am, back at Whitesail, feeling overwhelmed, to be honest. I mean…this place is a mess!! Oh….by the way, my Second Life blog is here if you are interested. That blog is all about the adventures of Crighton and Aeryn in Second Life. Who is Aeryn? Well….maybe another post. :kiss:

  1. Well, I must say…It is about time you did somethign here. :wigglebrow: Since you mentioned resurrecting this blog - what 6 months ago? - I have been patiently waiting to see what you were going to do with it.

    As one of those like minded souls :guitar: I am glad you found a niche in Second Life to play wome wonderful music for us. I look forward to more words of wisdom that you chose to share. :thumbsup:

  2. :beanie: I am also glad I found you as a like minded soul on SL… but… I have to say… you kind of skirt the issue when you mention that you found your social life again. :roll: Were you one to indulge in dressing as a woman in that previous social life? just… KIDDING.
